Solmax Composite Decking
Solmax is a system developed by Hedar for composite decking.
Unlike non-composite decking, where the corrugated sheets simply fulfil the function of form and their task is limited to supporting the weight of the concrete and the relative metal reinforcement, in composite decking the metal sheet decking is completed with concrete that fills the ribs until a mixed system is created that can fulfil a static function.
The Solmax corrugated elements are equipped with forms that can anchor the concrete, avoiding any vertical and/or horizontal separation and are produced by Hedar with exclusive technology that guarantees they are free of micro-fissures.
The corrugated sheets for use in composite decking are strictly controlled as they are finished.
