Hedar metal façade cladding are full cladding systems for buildings with ventilated façades; this metal façade cladding is composed of modular elements that, anchored and suspended from the slab, completely clad the primary structure and at the same time provide a bearing system for the elements composing the façade.

Hedar, industry leader in metal façade cladding, designed and developed the integral Trewall wall. The Trewall ventilated façade system allows the anchoring and insertion of all attachment elements onto the special ribs of the bearing structure, for any type of façade cladding. The Trewall system has numerous technical and economic benefits.

Metal façade cladding: the technical benefits of TREWALL

In the field of metal façade cladding, the Trewall system is very advantageous, due to the following technical characteristics:

- the absence of  joint or tube elements means it is completely free to follow static and dynamic deformations in the bearing structure without any danger of sticking
- overall weight of the internal system (excluding the external covering)is very light
- all loads, live, transversal and seismic are borne by the primary structure
- completely resistant to water and air in line with current standards, thanks to the use of mechanical joints without any gasket or seal
- class 0 reaction to fire throughout the system, impenetrable to smoke in case of fire
- walls of the complex are very thin compared to traditional systems, and consequently notable increase in the working area

Metal façade cladding: the economic benefits of TREWALL

In the field of metal façade cladding , the Trewall system is very advantageous in economic terms, due to the following characteristics:

- reduced energy consumption (from 15 to 20% in comparison with prefabricated solutions) as the entire building benefits from a ventilated room that contributes to its comfort
- reduced operation times (beginning of internal industrial and finishing work such as plastering, painting, flooring etc. well in advance, greatly reducing site operation times)
- reduced site down time (the façade cladding can be erected at a later date, when weather conditions are more favourable)
- reduced site costs (the whole installation of the Trewall system is dry-mounted without the need for masonry work)
